We can all say something new or different hasn't happened in the city of San Pedro. Yes, maybe new restaurants and stores but, how about new recreation, education, and nature in San Pedro?
Well It might be coming soon!
The San Pedro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors recently voted to support a conceptual plan developed by the Knoll Hill Steering Committee.
The Plan:
informal public gathering places
harbor overlook points
children's discovery areas
a native garden walk
picnic areas
multi purpose field area with 2 baseball fields
stage
restroom facilities
small food serice building
trees for shade
walking trails
parking
The Estimated cost for this plan is $14,000,000
This would be a great new place for all the San Pedro Residents to enjoy!
